How to Log In to cili88 Safely & Easily
Logging in to your cili88 account is a straightforward process that takes just a few seconds. The cili88 platform is designed to deliver a fast access experience without compromising on security.
To log in, you can use either the mobile number or email address registered when you created your account. Enter your password and you can start playing right away. For those on personal devices, the "Remember Me" option lets you skip re-entering your details every time you want to play.
Security Is cili88's Top Priority
Every login session at cili88 is protected by bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption technology. This means all data transmitted between your device and cili88's servers is fully encrypted and cannot be intercepted by third parties.
Cili88's security system also continuously monitors login activity. If any unusual access attempts are detected — such as a login from an unrecognised location or device — the system will take additional protective measures to keep your account secure.
Two-Factor Authentication for Added Security
For players who want an extra layer of security, cili88 offers two-factor authentication (2FA). Once enabled, every login attempt will require an additional verification code sent to your phone number, on top of your regular password.
This ensures that even if your password is known to someone else, they still cannot access your account without the verification code that is sent only to your phone. We strongly encourage all cili88 members to enable this feature via account settings.
What to Do If You Forget Your Password
Forgetting your password is something that happens to everyone. cili88 provides a simple and secure password recovery process. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, enter your phone number or email, and you will receive an OTP code to reset your password.
For account security, ensure your new password is unique and contains a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other platforms, and never share your password with anyone — including cili88 support staff, who will never ask for your password.
Login via the cili88 Mobile App
Besides browser access, you can also log in to your cili88 account using the official mobile app, available for both Android and iOS devices. The app offers a faster login experience with support for biometric authentication — letting you sign in via fingerprint or facial recognition without typing your password each time.
Download the cili88 app from the Download for a smoother, more mobile gaming experience wherever you are.
If Your Account Is Locked
In the rare event that your account is locked due to too many failed login attempts, don't panic. This is cili88's automatic security mechanism to protect your account from unauthorized access. Contact the cili88 support team via 24/7 live chat and they will help you unlock your account once the required identity verification is completed.
